Lillestrøm SK's Markus Karlsbakk scored a goal against Tromsø in Eliteserien, but it was annulled after a VAR check. Karlsbakk banked the ball into the crossbar from about 20 meters out, but referee Kristoffer Hagenes chose to annul the goal after a check. – It feels like there are new rules every week, says Karlsbakk to TV 2. He also expresses confusion about the rules. – The ball is off my hand, but I thought that as long as it goes through my own body part, it should stand. But that's not how it was. I don't think we're the only club that thinks it's not been like that. But we can't do anything about it, says Karlsbakk. LSK coach Hans-Erik Ødegaard also reacts to the annulment. – I've said many times that I think the handball rule is stupid because it's judged too much. When no players react, I think a lot of the meaning of football is gone, says Ødegaard to TV 2. Neither Tromsø nor Lillestrøm were able to find the net on a valid basis, and the game ended in a draw. This means that both teams remain unbeaten this season. Tromsø still leads the table with 13 points on 5 games, while Lillestrøm moves up to 2nd place with 10 points on 4 games.
